Downtown Businesses Downtown organizations who wish to participate with an outdoor display must use all festival suppliers (i.e. soda and water vendors). Downtown organizations may only include usual goods and services offered year-round at their places of business. Entry fees are waived for Downtown participants. Due to limited space, participants are limted to one outdoor space. All vendors must have a minimum of one portable fire extinguisher rated not less than 2A 10BC.
