Chesapeake Bay Education Area At Hampton Bay Days, Bay Education is our mission. To help emphasize the importance of conservation, the Kid’s Play and Learn about the Bay area features a full schedule of presenters and children’s entertainers along with 35 booths of environmental, inter-active fun. Live animal shows, environmental presentations and children’s entertainment all day on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. The Bay Education area is located in Carousel Park, between the Virginia Air & Space Center and The Cousteau Society.
